The 2015 Austin ADDYs was all about “Owning It”. It was a call to action for the creative community: To take pride in their artistic choices and remain steadfast in the face of criticism, no matter their craft or where the work fell across the spectrum of mild to wild. The parallels between agency and client came roaring to life with layered references to the Amish and Dominatrix subculture in the show’s various creative executions.
